Do you choose Empowering or Disempowering THOUGHTS?

Examples: if you’re wanting to have great health, but in your thoughts coming from a place of sickness, you’re creating more of that sickness rather than health; if you’re visualizing meeting your perfect partner, but a part of you thinks this ‘perfect’ person doesn’t exist, then this limiting belief overrides your specific intention and actually creates more of lack; if you have a goal to attract a better job but you consistently doubt your ability to make it happen, then this doubt become stronger that your desire to have a great job and projects a dark void whereat your true desire can’t manifest. See how it is happening?

Of course, there’s a lot of other factors contributing to this process of ‘mis-creating’, but the core of your creations and mis-creations is right there – if you want to experience what you want, you have to pay attention to your thoughts, i.e. create consciously!

In his ‘10 Secrets for Success and Inner Peace’ (2001), Wayne Dyer says that when you use your mind to empower you, you’re appealing to that which uplifts and raises your spirits. If a simple thought that makes muscles of your arm go weak or strong, imagine what it must be doing to all of the other muscles and organs of your body! Your heart is a muscle that’s weakened by thoughts that disempower you. Your kidneys, liver, lungs, and intestines are all surrounded by muscles that are affected by your thoughts… - Can you see now how your own ‘mind-body’ connection is being manifested in your life?

One of the thoughts that make most people the weakest, both emotionally and physically, is shame, which produces humiliation. Next ones are guilt, blame and despair. Some of us know quite well what perfectly debilitating, immobilizing and paralyzing effect those thoughts and then emotions have on us! It makes us completely lose the present and live totally and completely in the past while dwelling over our ‘past mistakes’, things that can’t be undone, etc…
The next great disempowering prominent thoughts that make us weak (and sick!) are fear, anger and hate. Some can argue that anger makes you feel strong – well, perhaps for a short time (because it induces an immediate adrenal ‘fight or flight’ response (as well as fear), but in a long run – all negative thoughts create a weakening condition to the whole you (mind-body-spirit).

Negative thoughts (for instance, fear) create negative emotion -->feeling-state-condition-symptom-action-result. Positive thoughts (for instance, love) --> create the same chain, only in a positive, constructive, leading to your Purpose, direction. You chose. When you’re in fear, you’ve out of love. You can’t be in two places at once – it’s either fear, or love.

There’s always a CHOICE.
Choice that you have to make to live in the present and let go of the past, or live in the past that you can’t change anyway… It’s always your choice whether or not you’re ready to release your shame, guilt, blame and despair. You can chose to let it go, forgive yourself and others, and allow yourself to feel free of those negative disempowering you, emotions. Or you can chose to carry them around, feel really bad to continue living in this misery and being unable to change anything… or feeling bad for having these feelings and not even connecting them with your own thoughts that produced them in a first place…

Do you know (perhaps, you have experienced) how great it feels when you do release your guilt, shame or despair? When you release your anger and fear? It’s like removing a huge weight from your shoulders; it’s like growing wings and wanting to fly; it’s like as if your heart is opening up and blossoming with love, acceptance and appreciation of the present… It’s truly beautiful ... These ones – Love, Joy, Peace, Acceptance, Willingness, Appreciation, Gratitude – are very empowering thoughts --> and thus emotions-feelings-states-conditions-actions-results.

And all of this is about your conscious decision to be in charge of your thinking. Because you know that your thoughts create your reality.

OK. Now you will probably ask – ‘So, what if I don’t like what I am getting in life? Should I just change my thoughts, and I’ll get the results I want? Well... there’s of course quite a few steps to consider, in between - for instance, your intention & focus, your values, beliefs, decisions, expectations, goals, mission, vision, purpose and other important stuff that influence your end result, but basically that is true – what you think about today eventually, depending on how much time it will take for your thoughts to manifest in a physical World, becomes your Reality.

The main question for You is - if the dreams you have and the end results you get are not even close, can you regulate this process to your favor, starting at a ‘thought’ point and ending at a ‘result’ point? And if you seriously take into consideration that ‘your Thoughts create your Reality’, can you re-learn how to think, or rather can you re-manage your thought process in order to create a different, more satisfying reality? Can you re-pattern your thoughts to re-design your life, consciously and deliberately? Can you become a MASTER of your reality?
Yes, you can! Even on a cellular level. It’s been researched, proven, and quantum scientists have no doubts about it. Me neither :)

Again, you can ask – Why?
Because a real change happens instantly, the moment you initiate a change in your thoughts. When you change your energy, or in other words, when you shift your own vibration from a lower one to a higher one, and align it with your intention and the Source (Universe, God, Ultimate Power, Higher self, Guidance – whatever you call it !) the instant change takes place. How long it will take for this inner change to be fully experienced by you and others around you, in the outer, physical, world – depends on how clear you are on what you want (i.e. your intention) and how well you are aligned with the Source. Some of your thoughts will take effect immediately, while others will take longer to be experienced.

This holistic nature of the process of manifestation of our true desires requires us to look deeper than just simply focusing on what you want. Happiness and Success ( in any and every area of your life!) - requires honest look at the energy of your whole (holistic) life.

In ‘Secrets of Success’ by Sandra Anne Taylor and Sharon Klingler (2008), it’s beautifully stated that it can be very liberating to finally realize that your consciousness is the primary generator of the situations and people that make up the tapestry of your life. Over time, you can see how each experience follows the patterns of your powerful, yet predictable, consciousness output. And if you don’t like the trends you’ve been experiencing, at least there’s something you can do about it. You can shift your consciousness projection so that you can determine for yourself exactly what you want to create…

Tips: it is important to know that once you have decided to make a change, you have to be persistent and consistent with this intention all the way. Otherwise, if you fluctuate and constantly change your wants and desires or direction you’re going, you’ll be providing confusing messages to those powerful forces ‘upstairs’ and most likely will be getting results that you don’t want… It is all about continuing to think the right thoughts (good, positive, high-vibrational); continuing to feel the right feelings (positive, congruent, aligned with your inner guidance, or the Source) and continuing to believe and expect it to manifest in your experience, to continue creating the reality you want.

Your consciousness is a picture of your holistic self. It is a multidimensional representation of who you really are – a holistic being. Doesn’t it make sense to become more holistically intelligent and embrace your own power to manifest results you want in your life?
At least to me, it makes perfect sense…:)

This is WHY I believe is very important to continue this dialog on ‘how to create the reality you want’. Some people call it – ‘How to get what you want’. I don’t particularly like the word ‘get’ because it’s not about getting. I believe it is about creating. Because we create our own reality. And because we are MASTERS of our own creations. We are holistic beings. We are creators. And we want to create our new reality intelligently - hopefully with LESS challenges, negativity, break-downs, dis-ease, ill-ness...and with MORE joy, happiness, positive results, success, and well-ness.

In the next issues we continue our chosen Journey and will talk about ‘other interesting stuff’ - your dreams, intentions, desires, expectations, beliefs, values, intuition, creativity, emotions, feelings, stress response, piece of mind - all these beautiful and useful to become aware of, things that constitute your Holistic Intelligence.

We need to know 'where we are' to get 'where we want to be'...

What are THOUGHTS?

We continue on our Journey of discovering how to get where we want to be... And the next step is - bringing your awareness to where you are (i.e. Here & Now) ... Let's start from the very beginning - our thoughts.

You’ve probably heard many times that Thoughts create Reality. This notion has become sort of epidemic in the recent years after these two shaking our current reality films ‘What The Bleep Do We Know’ and ‘The Secret’ came out with huge volumes of following literature, personal development and self-growth seminars and workshops, Law of Attraction CDs, DVDs and training courses. Of course, there were spiritual leaders and authors before that, like Deepak Chopra, Esther and Jerry Hicks (‘Abraham Teachings’), Eckhart Tolle, Wayne W. Dyer, and many other brilliant teachers. But I believe that these two films became sort of an eye-opening, a ‘reference point’ for many to really start the awakening process about your own ‘Self’.

Let’s just stop for a second, take a deep breath, relax, and... think quietly about the following statement (some people call it ‘meditation’ :) –

Thoughts create Reality. Thoughts are Things. We create our reality.

So... what are thoughts? Basically, as defined by multiple dictionaries – it’s an ACT; a PROCESS; a PRODUCT or a FACULTY of thinking, i.e. intellectual activity ( remember the ‘mind’ part, IQ, in our ‘Holistic model’? – this is why we are beginning to explore this process of manifesting your dreams starting with thoughts). Also, thought - is the content of cognition and the main thing you are thinking about; a consideration, reflection, deliberation, regard, meditation, contemplation, introspection, rumination, cogitation, brainwork, cerebration, view, belief, idea, thinking, concept, opinion, conclusion, assessment, notion, conviction, judgment, conception, conjecture, study, estimation, attention, care, regard, scrutiny, heed, intention, plan, idea, design, aim, purpose, object, notion, expectation, hope, dream, prospect, aspiration, concern, care, anticipation, regard, anxiety, sympathy, compassion, thoughtfulness, solicitude, attentiveness, and other. You can check it yourself through links above.
Isn’t it beautiful that by just creating and using our thoughts we can immediately (without even thinking about it!) access so many other things in our amazing ‘thinking’ realm? :)

Based on the above findings, I will conclude that thoughts are the filters that process information to lay out a solid foundation for what we create in our reality, those multiple blocks we operate with on a daily basis without even paying much attention to the simple What we really think about and How we think about that. Can you see it? What are you thinking about Now? Exactly! You have no idea. And Why you are thinking about it? And can you feel what emotions and sensations those thoughts you are thinking, create in your body? Can you make a connection between the thoughts you’re just thinking and the feelings that you might feel all of a sudden? Perhaps, you have some idea about mind-body connection... but not really sure how it plays out in your own mind and your own body, right? :)

It is believed that thoughts are those ‘things’ that design, build and regulate our perception of the World at large and of every situation in particular; and based on which we make our decisions, set goals, form expectations, perform actions, and finally achieve results. Can we say then that thoughts basically lay out, construct, and manage our lives? Does it begin to look interesting, hah? Great. Perhaps, we can even say that thoughts are those primary things that ‘prepave’ our further experience... Wow! Is this true? But then this notion puts too much responsibility on us, decision makers, of What and How we think about things, right? Right! And a deeper understanding and acceptance of such a view also gives us an incredible knowledge that we CAN change our reality by changing the way we think about it.... Then it just becomes an old therapeutic tool ‘if you can’t change reality, change your perception of it’ – sounds familiar? Do you see where we’re going with this? Good!

I hope now you are more or less convinced or at least aware, that your thoughts create your reality. But if you think that whatever your thoughts are today you’ll manifest the results of it (i.e. create your immediate reality) today, it would probably be a mistaken thinking… Why? Simply put – because it takes time for thoughts to manifest into the physical world. Of course, some of the things that happen today are created by the thoughts you think today, but a huge volume of things that you experience today, are the result of the thoughts you’ve been thinking earlier in the past. Depending on what those things are, some of them take different amount of time to manifest into present reality.

Can you see now why it is critically important to think ‘good, positive, high-vibrational’ thoughts? Because, depending on what thoughts you’re having today, you’re ‘prepaving’ your future results (manifestations)! Once you understand that the present moment is not only created by present thoughts, but also by past thoughts, you will know the reason why you still experience certain things in the present that are not in alignment with your present thoughts. The causes of your present reality may extend far into the past. Thus, here's another important message for you - be at cause, not at the result!

Tips: when you look at what is happening NOW and wonder why it is happening or how did you create it, or is it you who created it in a first place, it will be helpful to be aware that what is happening in your reality today is a cumulative effect of your present and past (that took place months and years ago) thoughts, feelings and actions…

ARE we 'spiritual beings'' on a 'human journey'?

A simple question (again :) – have you ever thought what ‘Spirituality' means to you? What about your Mission, Vision, Purpose, Faith, Intuition, Creativity, Artistry and Mastery of your life?
Hope these questions are not too big for you… This is just how I understand my life in relation to all these biggies…:) And, perhaps, this is exactly why you continue reading my blog…

OK. According to several official sources, ‘Spirituality’ as a way of life concerns itself with aligning the human will and mind with that dimension of the universe that is harmonious and ordered. As such spiritual disciplines enjoin practitioners to cultivate those higher potentialities of the human being that are more noble and refined. Accordingly, many spiritual traditions across diverse cultures share similar vocabulary. Terms such as the ‘path’, the ‘journey’, the ‘work’, the ‘practice’, are universally applied to the ongoing discipline involved in transforming the coarser (low-frequency) energies present in the human into more subtle and pleasing (high-frequency) ones. A spiritual practitioner seeks to become free of the Ego- self in favor of being fully one's true ‘Self’.

See where I’m going with this - interesting, hah? In all these beautiful teachings of Abraham by Esther & Jerry Hicks (for instance, Law of Attraction and Deliberate Creation) that mainly based on the concept of ‘Feeling Good’ and creating more of this feeling good, we learn how important is forming your high-frequency positive vibration, living in it as much as you can, and attracting more and more of it while irradiating this positive energy in many different manifestations around you…
It sounds quite simple, and if you can do it in such a way - then you GOT IT! You need to read this blog no further… because you‘re a gem! You’re a perfect carrier of Holistic Intelligence! :) But… if you have even a slightest doubt about it, then please… continue -

I’ve mentioned Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) earlier in this blog to be included as a part of our Holistic Intelligence. I continued my search and found some interesting history about Spiritual Intelligence.

There is a great deal of disagreement over the term of Spiritual Intelligence, its sources and principles, not to say about measurement tools. Many models were proposed by researchers, theorists, and spiritual advocates. The models and definitions of spiritual intelligence identify specific propensities, qualities and capacities of human perceptions, intuitions and cognitions.

Danah Zohar and Ian Marshall (2000) suggested that the ultimate intelligence is Spiritual Intelligence or SQ. They describe this as the intelligence with which we address and solve problems of meaning and value. By their definition Spirtual Intelligence is the intelligence with which we access our deepest meanings, purposes, and highest motivations . It is the intelligence that makes us whole, that gives us our integrity. It is the soul's intelligence, the intelligence of the deep self. It is the intelligence with which we ask fundamental questions and with which we reframe our answers.

Zohar & Marshall introduced 12 interesting and potent qualities of SQ. They derive these principles from the qualities that define complex adaptive systems. Through SQ we are able to place our actions and lives into a wider, richer and more meaningful context. They believe that SQ is the necessary foundation for the effective functioning of both IQ and EQ.

Recently, David King (2007) defined Spiritual Intelligence as a set of adaptive mental capacities which are based on non-material and transcendent aspects of reality, specifically those related to the nature of one’s 4 major abilities (capacities): existence, personal meaning, transcendence, and expanded states of consciousness. When applied, these processes are adaptive in their ability to facilitate unique means of problem-solving, abstract-reasoning, and coping.

I found many other great sources of information on SQ. One of them - ‘7Steps of Spiritual Intelligence. The Practical Pursuit of Purpose, Success and Happiness’ by Richard A Bowell, - I consider it a brilliant book addressing Spiritual Intelligence principles and providing beautiful knowledge and easy tools for using the SQ concept it in our everyday life.

Still, my search remains…
Having knowledge about all these multiple intelligences, does it help us to finally GET IT? Are we open to know WHO we truly are? And why we are here? And HOW to access your true Self, your Divine Wisdom, your Inner Guidance, your Holistic Intelligence? And IS IT ALL the same thing?

And as we are walking – talking- working- eating-sleeping-dreaming, i.e. living our reality, maybe by owning this huge Knowing by default, simply by being Holistically Intelligent, i.e. having Innate Intelligence that we all have from the very beginning, and wisely operating it, does it finally become the end of our never-ending ‘searching for meaning’ and "working on yourself," and the beginning of a new holistic dimension of living in joy and evolving with ease?

I hope so... :) But first things first. We do need to know where we are to get where we want to be. It’s the Law. Thus, let’s continue our Journey, hopefully – with ease!

I’d like to offer you a few questions to expand your consciousness out of the ‘regular’ realm of thinking ( remember, ‘thoughts create reality’ ?). You can also add any questions you feel relevant to those on the list. Allow yourself to get spontaneous answers. Those usually are the most profound ones since we all are part of the ‘collective consciousness’ ( Source). Don't take it too seriously ( it’s a blog afterall, not a therapy session :), play with them and feel good while doing it ! Next time we’ll discuss your answers (if I hear from you, of course :)

-When are you really happy and joyous?
-What really makes you feel good?
-What do you really want in Life?
-Why do you think you want it?
-What are your Big Dreams?
-What would you do if you knew you can’t fail?
-What is your desire that you don't know how to fulfill?
-What does ‘living on purpose’ mean to you?
-What would your ideal lifestyle look like?
-What does success mean to you?
-What does ‘integrity’ means to you?
-What do you think is impossible for you to do?
-What would you do if you won ten million dollars?
-What would you do if you were a president?
-What would you do differently if you start all over again?

OK. I think it's enough for now...
Hope, it's at least entertaining ... We can continue with more questions later (in a private coaching, for instance :) Now finally, the last question for this post - when you brought your awareness to this ‘simple’ fact of feeling good – what does it mean to you? I can tell you that to me it means that if something doesn’t originate in a ‘feel good’ place, i.e. it comes from a negative vibration and is therefore creating more of it, then perhaps it would be a wise choice to just stop doing it… Just like that? Yes, just like that.

It might be a really good idea to STOP your negative thoughts that prevent you from thinking positively --> feeling--> acting--> creating positively. I am not saying it is simple to do, but... you can at least try... Or ask for help and guidance from those who know HOW... ( 'Ask and it's given' - remember?) Remember that ‘thoughts create reality’? Yes, your thoughts eventually do create your reality. And you can now accept it as a fact. You think positive - you create your positive reality. You think negative - you create your negative reality. And it can become your conscious choice what reality you intend to create for you. You are the MASTER of your creations.

So, maybe it is a wise choice after all to at least try to stop robbing yourself of the chance to feel good and create more of it? Make a conscious shift. And…- ‘feel good!’ :) Of course, life is about spiritual awakening, contribution, learning, growth, love, courtesy, gratitude, and a great deal more. And… just think about it - all of these things eventually lead us right back to feeling good. When you look over your life, and the actual things you do in your life, this simple idea of ‘FEELING GOOD’ may become very powerful for helping you to know what you can be doing to fulfill your dreams… to manifest your desires… to live your destiny…
Isn’t it wonder-full? :)

Where are YOU on the 'emotional scale'? Does it have to be a rolocoaster?

Hello, dearest HQ news reader!
How is your HQ today? :)

Funny thoughts:
In my holistic healing practice (see http://www.nyhealing.com/) I've created a Holistic Intelligence™ term long time ago and used it for many years, and it perfectly made sense to me, until recently… I’ve suddenly realized that not many can relate to it or even understand what exactly I mean by it. I thought to myself - hmmm… an interesting discovery!

And even though some people around me responded very positively onto this term and genuinely loved how these words sounded, I’ve realized that perhaps most of all they liked how it made them feel when I used this intriguing term in relation to their thought process, their emotional reaction, their behavior, etc. For instance, when I’d say -‘You seem to be very holistically intelligent’ …, or ‘Your HQ seem to be quite high – your holistic being knows what to do’…, or something along these lines) – folks would first look at me as if I’m speaking Chinese (or any other foreign language in that sense); then they usually smiled with some sort of recognition in their eyes, and then the acceptance of this truth about themselves would come to some… – such a journey :) And still, most of them had no idea what I was talking about and referring to… Interesting, hah? No clue. They just liked a nice feeling it created in them , but not necessarily understood the meaning of anything... That made me think, again and again, is it really all about feeling good, is it not?

Which in turn, made me think again and again that I do have to write about Holistic Intelligence™ and bring my own unique understanding of this mind-blowing (at least for me it's literally 'mind-blowing' :) philosophy and methodology to the World. And... in accordance with the Universal Laws, because I have a clear solid Intention; am thinking about it with a Focus; acting in a congruent direction; feeling really good about it; and am allowing it to come in all these beautiful manifestaions, - my creation will actualize soon in a form of a website(s), ezine, articles, manuals, and a book(s)! I just know that... Isn't it cool? :)

OK. For those who read my previous postings and still want to find some clever answers to the multiple questions of What? Why? and How? - please continue reading...

I hope you had a chance to think about WHY we do the things we do. What really motivates you? What are you driven by? Do these words have a special meaning to you – Wellness; Well-being; Mission; Integrity; Living on Purpose; Manifesting your Dreams; Living your Destiny?

And if you did think about this along with many other questions which you find rather difficult to bring satisfying answers to, let me ask you again - WHY do you think we often find ourselves in a place of feeling bad, in a dark place of lacking something? When we’re lacking passion, hopefulness, happiness and joy, when we feel lonely or helpless, - as a result of being in that 'dark place of lack' we inevitably become depressed, miserable, disappointed, hopeless, frustrated... Have you noticed that when we’re lacking safety, security, assurance, confidence, when we feel insecure and unsafe, we become restless, angry, panicking, or fearful, anxious, and depressed? When we lose hope, when we’re lacking direction, when we lose our true selves in a fast pace of our everyday life, what begin to happen to us? Who do we become? What do we attract into our reality? And HOW can we get out of those 'not feeling so good' places?

What happens to us when we find ourselves in a 'dark place of lack' feeling really bad while in a process of manifesting our basic, naturally programmed, original intention to ‘feel good’?

Well… I think it is really interesting to find an answer to this one :)
As a psychologist, I can say that we usually find or create all possible rationalizations for WHY we can’t be happy now (because of a-b-c); why we can’t now (or ever) have x-y-z; why we now can’t do c-b-a; why we can’t go for z-y-x; etc. etc... And, then, after we rationalized everything to a fault, 'strangely enough' we find ourselves even more depressed, anxious, fearful, guilty, overwhelmed, etc. as if it wasn't bad enough in a first place... We often find ourselves falling into the abyss of negative energy flowing all over while creating and attracting more of what we DON'T want to feel, or DON'T want to have, or DON'T want to be… And then it becomes difficult to find a healthy way out…Really difficult. I know how it is...

What if we can stop operating by default and will take control of creating our own reality in a way we really want it to be… Is it possible?

I think it would definitely serve us if we eventually learn to make all our decisions from a ‘feeling good’ place and these decisions will be driven by this ‘pleasure principle’ ( we are not talking about self-distracting or self-sabotaging behaviors here, it’s a different chapter :).
Just think about it - if we raise our own vibration to align with the Source energy, i.e. we do our part, the Universe always responds with the same energy to match the frequency we vibrate on. It's a fact. We already are more or less familiar with this and have plenty of evidence to it... Quantum realms again? Or just a thought from an expanded awareness? You decide :)

Is it really all about ‘FEELING GOOD’?


Here’s a BIG question for you: what is life all about?

We could probably debate this one for hours, but for the sake of this blog I’d like to suggest a simple, yet powerful answer: Life is about feeling good. Period.


Is this what Holistic Intelligence™ is all about? Yes, of course! (in a simplified version :) And I am so excited to share it with you !


It is about WHAT you can do, WHY will you want to do it, and HOW you as a creator of your own reality, and therefore your own Life this time around, can bring your own being to a Well-being.
To bring yourself from a place of ill-ness to Well-ness. From dis-ease to Ease. From darkness to Light. From break-down to Break-through. From ANY negatively charged place to a positively charged one. The one that you feel good about, you feel good being in, you feel good thinking about, you feel good remembering, you feel good experiencing and re-experiencing… you just FEEL GOOD being it at every and any level of your holistic being. Yep, that’s it. It’s all about feeling good, see? :)

I have to admit this still sounds somewhat strange to me after almost 30 years of my conscious and deliberate search for meaning… – Is it really it ? Just ‘feel good’ and you miraculously find your alignment with the Source or your Inner Guidance (i.e. innate intelligence)?... Just ‘feel good’ and you can manifest all your life desires? Just ‘feel good’ and you can get everything you dreamt about? Hmmm… Are we talking ‘quantum realms’ or are we still here, in our everyday reality? And is there a difference???...:)

I’d like to make a reference here to the powerful ‘Teachings of Abraham’ by Esther and Jerry Hicks ( you can find a simplified version of the 'Law of Attraction' in the film ‘The Secret’). I’m sure many of you are familiar with this amazing channeled information. It is about the Universal Laws of Attraction, Deliberate Creation and Art of Allowing. It is about Manifesting your life desires. It is about the astonishing power of emotions. It is about you creating your own reality. It is about us, vibrational beings, in a vibrational environment. It is about ‘you can be, do, have everything you want because it’s all within you’. It is about ‘You get what you think about, whether you want it or not’. Of course it’s about a lot of things, but the bottom line is – if you really want to manifest what you want in Life, first of all you have to feel good. Interesting, hah?

Does that seem too shallow? Too simplified? Too arrogant? Too non-sophisticated?
Well, let’s think about WHY we do the things we do. What really motivates you? What are you driven by? Do these words have a special meaning to you – Wellness; Well-being; Integrity; Mission; Living on Purpose; Manifesting your Dreams; Living your Destiny?


Let me ask you - Why do you fall in Love? Why do you have a family? Why do you believe or don’t believe in God? Why do you work, build your own business, pursuing your education and career? Why do you exercise or eat healthy? Eventually, when it comes right down to it, we do what we do so that we can feel good about ourselves (remember, ‘pleasure principle’). We just want to feel good about who and what we are…Therefore we do things, i.e. ACT, in accordance with our unconscious desire to feel good. But then, WHY do we often find ourselves in a totally opposite place, i.e. ‘feeling bad’? Find ourselves in a dark place of ‘lack’? When we’re lacking passion, hopefulness, happiness and joy, we become depressed, miserable, disappointed, hopeless, frustrated. When we’re lacking safety, security, assurance, confidence, we become anxious, restless, angry, panicking, fearful.
When we lose hope, when we’re lacking direction, when we lose our true selves in a fast pace of our everyday life, what happens to us?


What happens to us in a process of manifesting our basic, universaly programmed original intention to ‘feel good’??


You can think about it. Or you can pick up any of the Abraham Teachings by Esther and Jerry Hicks (check http://www.abraham-hicks.com/) and find some answers, I guarantee you that you will at least find this 'channeled knowledge' quite entertaining... You might even find 'recepies' for certain conditions you want to change, improve, or transform... But, of course, everything has degrees and levels, and if you really want to change things around you, you might want to start changing things within you... by noticing how 'good' you feel sometimes; how often you do feel good; how greatful you feel having what you have; how unusual it seems to bring your attention to it, etc. etc. -
This will be your first step to your Awareness. More later...

Create New You - Everything is possible!

HELLO!

Finally... I am ready to bring my new, though life-long, creation 'Holistic Intelligence' to the World...
Are you ready to find out What it is, How, and Why?
Is it just a sum of IQ, EQ and SQ? Or is it something bigger then just a sum of parts in our Holistic existence?...
Are You a believer in our integrated Holistic (mind-body-spirit) being? Are you still not? :) Do You believe that we ALL are spiritual beings on a human journey? I do, of course... And I also believe that WE are creators of our own Reality; WE are the ones who are responsible for all circumstances we create in our life; and We are the ones to change it if we have a clear intention, are ready and willing to do so, and allow it to manifest... I believe it and... I live it. So can You... :)

It's really simple - We just need effective strategies to get us from 'where we are' to 'where we want to be' - simple, right? And for this, we might want to really understand 'where we are'; how we got here; and why it is the way it is... Again, think Holistically... - see, hear, feel, understand, know, connect, and bring your Awareness to this moment of 'here and Now'...

And if you really want to change certain things in your life, and you are serious about implementing these changes to live a better, happier, meaningful and abundant life, then - you do need to work on that. Sorry to tell you this, but it's true :) And, it doesn't have to be a heavy-duty exhausting 24/7 work!, but it has to be consistent. Simple as that.

I can give you an example. If you do your physical exercises more or less consistently (well, some people don't :), then I ask you - Why? Right... - because you want to have the results you want, i.e. you want to have a nice body, you want to lose weight, you want to build muscles, etc.etc. -correct? Then... do you think it's different in any other area of your holistic being? What about your emotions? Your feelings? Your thoughts? Your deep-seeded beliefs ( particularly those that don't serve you)? Your value system, which in many ways can create resistance in achieving your goals? Your subconscious mind that probably sabotages even the slightest changes you decide to implement? Your certain mind-body unhealthy patterns that create obstacles in following the chosen road, not to say in achieving your Big Goals? How do you attract everything into your experience - deliberately or by chance?

This is what I think - when a person has a desire to change something in their life, just the desire alone is not enough... And we all know that CHANGE is not easy. Especially when the changes to be made are really big, quite scary, deep-rooted... and really intend to manifest long-standing positive results... But we also know that it is doable and it is definitely within your reach when you approach it in a smart way, while 'knowing what to do and doing what you know.... i.e. using the principles of Holistic Intelligence :)
